Left Oslo with a satisfy belly thanks to Koie Ramen. Its like the best meal I had in Oslo.
Legit Tonkotsu Ramen(190 NOK) made by an Ang Moh. Broth was thick, rich and damn creamy. Noodles used were the thin type and quite slurpy. Corns, negi, bamboo shoot, savoury marinated egg and neatly sliced soft, tender and fatty cha siu comes along with it. With a dash of black garlic oil to increase the aroma for the dish.
So nice and appealing to the mouth.
Paired with a small glass of Shiso Umeshu(130 NOK) to complete the meal.
