Confirmed not an ordinary one. Super explosive experience even the little one gave it a thumb up. Best finished it up while hot.

Selected seafood version which came with prawn and squid flower. There’s other options such as pork, chicken or plain.

Fried Yellow Curry Soft Shell Crab (S$22)
Love the eggy yellow curry rempah that was all over the deep fried soft shell crab. Can’t help wishing for some bread to wipe clean the plate.

Phad See Ew (S$10)
Seafood version with squid flower, prawn, sliced carrot, cauliflower, and green in it. Could taste the wokhey in it.

Orchard Tower may looked like a ghost town with dingy places when one first stepped into the place. But hidden at the corner of the third floor, one would find a tiny Thai restaurant packed with customers. It was known for getting its seafood daily from Jurong Fishery Port. We managed to get a table fairly quickly.

As I was dining with the little one, it would be preferable to have dishes that are non spicy. So I placed order with this request and was glad that the restaurant was able to deliver. Ordering was easy. Just scan the QR code on the paper to place order.

Yum Pla (S$35)
Thai style crispy sea bass with cashew & thai herbs
Deep fried fish topped with savoury Thai sauce, and a salad of green mango, cashew nuts, diced lime, chopped onion, lemon grass, lime juice, and herbs. Love that the fish was sliced before deep fried, making it easy to handle. Best of all the pieces were boneless and moist.
