Last night ♥ My version of spanish rice: saute garlic&onion, add ground pork, salt&pepper, chopped tomatoes&bellpepper. Pour stock/water and tomato sauce, add long-grain rice and bring to a boil. Simmer then serve with sliced chinese cabbage ☆ #cleaneating #burple
Last night's soup ♥: Pork&mushroom turned vienna-mushroom soup haha: sauteed mushroom and chopped onion, add stock and flour, boil, add carrots and peas and the vienna sausage(heehee). Serve with crouton #cleaneating #burple

I baked Chicken Cordon Bleu!!! ♥ Chicken breast fillet (pounded til 1/4 inch thick), rub paprika, add slices of ham and cheese. Roll on a beaten egg and crumbs, bake for 30min. Delish!!! I made 1 roll and will repeat nxt week! ★ #cleaneating #burple
