Forever Hungry In Colombo!
Prawns, fish, and calamari rings, all batter fried and served with lime, dips, salad and potato wedges. Not the best tasting seafood dish in town. But still a good option to taste the variety & share among friends. Priced at Rs.1100.
Coffee Stop serves some tasty snacks - specially pies & pastries. I'm not a huge fan of their seating arrangements. But overall it's a nice place. Pastries and pies cost around Rs. 140 each; expensive - yes, but they're tasty and large in size too. Also note that there is a minimum bill amount per person if you visit after 7.30 pm.
When you can't decide, go for some tuna sandwich. Never disappoints!
Freshly made waffles & some hot tea: perfect for a rainy afternoon!
Crumb fried fillet of fish served with french fries and tangy tartar sauce!
If there's any reason I keep on visiting this place, it's because of the calm environment..
I know, I have a thing for Tuna.
The place has it's own reputation. The best part of the dish was the cassava chips! Actually asked the guys where they get it from. Turns out it's brand called "Rancrisp".
One filling meal!
When you're so hungry & want something spicy for lunch..
Will talk about the food later (food is great). But for now, the place is so nice. Relaxing environment & great service.
