Canadian live lobster done 2 ways of your choice - Black & White Pepper sauce, Golden Cheese sauce, Singapore Chilli Crab sauce, or Sashimi. Complimentary lobster fried rice, and fried lobster brain. Filled with mildly sour tamarind chutney and chilled spiced water, these bite-sized semolina puffs succeeded in whetting my appetite for the following slew of hearty Indian dishes. On a sidenote, am so amused that they are served in an escargot dish.

Available a la carte during dinner hours, but so much more worth it during lunch when it's slightly cheaper AND comes with udon and miso soup. The mammoth bowl includes five types of raw fish (including ootoro!), scallop, shrimp, sea urchin, crab claw, egg rolls, fishcake, and loads of salmon roe. All super fresh and utterly delightful.
