Made my own lemongrass chicken sandwich. I'm not a big fan of cooking but i'm a big fan of eating. It was pretty simple i brought a french bread, stuffed it up with lettuce, lemongrass chicken, corriander, carrot and cuccumber and a bangkok chilli sauce. And TADDAA! It actually turned out pretty well.
