Crispy and flavourful. Who would have thought that chicken skins can be so tasty. Yummy!
The squid is deep fried well coated with fine bread crumbs in pepper and salt. Though very tasty by itself, try the bar's dip wasabi mayo and it adds another level of flavour to the squid. Great cocktail snack.
