It's not as healthy as it looks, but it's not as unsatisfying as you may think either, because these leaves right here got me full.
This was my first time to try their fruit cup since I didn't feel like getting a big meal. Obviously healthy, without sacrificing your gastronomic satisfaction because one cup really is enough to fill an empty stomach for an entire afternoon. I paired it with a Venti cup of my favorite Starbucks Frappe, Java Chip.
