The heibihiam (dried spicy shrimp), a dish not seen at every Teochew porridge store. It was fragrant with a slight spicy kick, and went very well with the porridge.

Classic Black Pepper Chicken Chop - The charcoal grill lent a lovely smokiness to the meat, and the black pepper sauce was not too overpowering. I love the chicken thigh which was juicy and tender!

The Pan-fried Carrot Cake - The fragrant carrot cake was charred on the outside, and held a slight crisp on the edges. The white radish within was adequately soft!
