The better half's lunch. After instant noodles yesterday, she wants the real thing. So off to one of our fav ramen place.

These 3 fried chicken is superb. Crispy outside. Juicy inside.

The most interesting flavor we had today is the Pink Pepper Macaron! (Baies Roses)

I love playing with desserts. See I made an igloo! C'est Le Gâteau à La Banane. Banana mousse cake and apricot compote, mango salsa, banana and ginger ice cream.

Le Homard Thermidor. How about a lobster on a Tuesday night? Boston Lobster flamed with cognac, mushroom béchamel sauce and gratinee gruyere.

Bouillabaisse Façon Les Saveurs. Me thinks if u cook and simmer anything with saffron, invite me.

Salade Niçoise. A nice mix of black peppered seared yellow fin tuna, mesclun leaves, quail eggs, marinated anchovies, green beans and Kalamanta olives. Are u a salad person? I like all the ingredients except two. Hehe...
