Apam balik (which known as 'Turnover Pancake' in English) or Ban Jian Kuih, Chin Loong Pau, Martabak Manis, Terang Bulan, Apam Pulau Pinang or Kuih Haji (in certain areas) is a type of pancakes in Malaysia. This type of pancakes can be found in all hawker stalls in Malaysia. One of the best I've tried so far in Selangor, but you have to eat it on the spot to preserve its crunchiness
