One of my favorite salads! Lettuce, Arugula, shaved Parmesan Reggiano, candied Walnuts, Sun-dried Tomatos and Greek Vinaigrette.

Your basic salad with your choice of meat (mine was Cajun Rubbed Pork), with your choice of dressing (mine was aoli), with your choice of salsa (mine was mango salsa). My side dish was fruit bowl (a bowl of fruit drizzled in honey). All fresh, tastes great and good for you!
