Interesting broth, wasabi was mild and not over powering. The chicken is somewhat similar to the one in chicken broth. Still prefer black spicy!

Good tasting gyoza, relatively average ramen similar to Ajisen and the egg is just the regular hard boiled egg. Omu rice would be better choice.
