Aged for at least one month, this is probably the most nourishing tasting cocktail I've ever had. The dry gin base is sweetened with goji and red date syrup, giving it a liang teh flavour that's quite unique and refreshing. And how about that adorable presentation in a wicker trishaw with groundnuts riding pillion?

Light and refreshing, this bourbon cocktail is sweetened with ginger-apple syrup, and brightened with fresh lemon and mint. What a treat with that little sidekick of sticky, sweet house-popped popcorn.
