Chinese Restaurants
This cost $20 and not enough for the 4 of us to share 😂 but it’s damn good still! #littlehappinessinlife #yumyuminmytumtum #ieatisnapishare #foodtography #T4 #CHAReats
This is reallyyyyyyy good! The texture of La-Mian was smooth and simmered in the rich broth of the Yellow Croaker! The big chunks of fish were pan-fried first before adding into the soup which brings out the fragrant of the fish even better. Adding Preserved Vegetables into the soup has gotten rid of the fishy smell of the soup which makes you want to drink it to the last drop!
I don't normally eat rice but this is one of those that I don't mind taking in carbs. One of those which is not too oily
The all time favourite whenever I dine at Soup Restaurant! The ginger sauce is to die for seriously!
Smells good and crispy, with a little bit of salt
So far the best I have eaten out of so many other places. And the have the most ingredients!
The texture of the Soon Hock is definitely worth trying. As silk as tofu, the fish is steamed in Teochew style and is a popular dish among Teochews.
A Teochew dish which they use pig trotter and put it in the fridge and make it a cold dish instead of the normal 鹵豬腳
