US prime beef patty with fried egg, crispy bacon, American cheese and chipotle mayonnaise (HKD$110). American sized burgers and really juicy patty. Happy to have met up with @ivanypng @minnie2mac and @cbyyy. Hope to do this again soon! Maybe you guys can have a Singapore food trip 😜

Choux pastries of various flavours at HKD$20 each. Featuring rum (special flavour) and mango coconut. We really loved the rum one!

No lemon taste at all and the base was soggy. Not happy 😢

Pretty flower cupcakes and one interesting hedgehog design if you like peanut flavours.

So pretty I just had to buy it. However the chocolate taste totally drowned out the subtle green apple flavour.

Go early and grab it before it's sold out! By the way, I think Wan Chai is like the new hangout area now 😝 lots of good food in the vicinity

We arrived when it opened and there was already a long queue. Fortunately, rate of change here was high. Eggs and toast were good but I preferred the one at Capital Cafe. That said, I found the macaroni here better.

Here is #tsuiwah signature fishball and fishcake noodles. This happens to be one of my favourite places to visit this trip. Their Swiss chicken wings are fantastic (although I think it might be like Singaporean noodles to Singaporeans). Lots of choices here and I wish I could try more. They have other outlets around Hong Kong.

They were supposed to be open at 11am and when they opened doors at 11.15am, they told us that they were not ready yet. We were served our drinks only at noon and we were the first customers there. While I must admit this sea salt yin yang is fantastic, I do not feel it's worth waiting an hour for. I hope this is a one time thing and they are usually more prompt with their service.

We walked all the way here! ✌️Place is aptly named. Now just enjoying our brunch after the climb.
