A more refined mala dish. It is just right at zhong la. Fish is fresh and you keep wanting more of the spicy sauce.

Crispy BBQ prawns so good you can eat the shells. Just a bit heavy on the salt though

Lovely balance of tastes, the almond paste is not too sweet and complements the bird's nest.
Lovely refreshing with a touch of micro greens for the savoury kick
Authentic, spicy yum! It comes with cucumbers, sweet potato noodles, bai cai and bean sprouts. Lots of spring onions and garlic too. Strangely Crystal Jade Kitchen cannot deliver the same mala taste.
