Quite disappointed with the repeated order. The serving was lacking of abalone, blueberries , pear sticks, a pair of oranges in the second order and amount of vegetables and fruits was very little compared to first order.
Was told by the staff there’s a surcharge for abalone which was not stated on the promotion poster next to the cashier! They were out of blueberries. In end my order was topped with abalone and a pair of oranges.

The broth was packed with minced pork 猎肉碎, sliced pork 猪肉片, pork kidney 猪腰, pork liver 猪肝, and pork intestines 猪肠.
No funky smell or taste for the pork innards.
Bee Tai Mak (rice pin noodles) tossed in dark sauce, topped with crispy lards and chopped spring onion. Wish for some sambal to spicy it up.

It wasn’t too sweet. The tart taste of the berries cut through the sweetness of the gingerbread base.

Black Sesame Latte (S$6.50+)
A nutty, earthy blend of Japanese kuro goma.
Really feel like having the black sesame paste dessert without the thickness.

Breadcrumbed chicken, live tiger prawn, cheese korokke, Japanese cabbage, served with miso soup and Japanese rice

The best part was the prawn with interesting crispy strips around it. Next was the long cheesy pull in the korokke. Love there a instruction manual about the sauces served with the dish.
