From a new Thai eatery named Thai in Town at Upper Thomson Road. Can't really judge if this is authentic for Thai-style Wanton Mee because it is my first, but I found the sauce pretty fragrant with whiffs of sausage flavours with crispy shallots over the top. Noodles were pretty springy, while the skins of the wanton seemed a tad thick and the charsiew though meaty and chunky felt a bit generic. Not too bad at $6.90 though.
