Free flow beef / chicken / salmon steaks, salads, pasta, freshly squeezed watermelon juice, and even satay at the price point of $50-ish is a steal! 🤩 Surprise surprise~ we enjoyed the chicken satay the most. But sadly, I just found out that this hidden buffet gem, Yummo Chow (at Hotel NuVe Heritage), is permanently closed on 27 Apr 2024. I heard the staff shared that they will re-open after the hotel is done with the renovation works. I shall look forward then. 🫡

Rainy day is the best weather for a hotpot and free flow meat. 🥳 The newly opened 牛摩 Wagyu More (@wagyumore_sg) offers buffet starting from $16.90. 😚 If you are in for premium meats like A5 wagyu (yes, free flow) along with fish and prawns, it comes with a luxurious price at $118.90.

They serve lunch buffet ($23.90) with all-u-can-eat meats (beef chuck, beef brisket, pork loin, pork collar, pork belly, and marinated chicken thighs), cooked food (tori karaage, ebi fry and etc), usual hotpot suspects (tofu skin, veggies) salads, noodles (even spaghetti), desserts and refillable drinks. Yes yes yes, all for only $23.90! 😘

Prepare your belly for this all-you-can-eat dim sum brunch of fine dining quality. Mitzo is not an average yum cha place. They beautify dim sum with an artisanal flair and serve contemporary Cantonese cuisine. We enjoyed so many delectable dishes and regretted for not visiting sooner.

One of the highlights is definitely Mitzo's signature char siew which made so many of us falling in love with that caramelized bbq exterior and tender meat layered with devilishly delicious fat. Feast on the usual dim sum suspects, wok dishes, soup and desserts.
