Priced at $16.90, this Carbonara stands at the lower price range of dishes at The Ship. Oozing with creamy goodness, the restaurant is generous with its cream based sauce and its pasta was cooked to perfection. Complemented by its elegant and refined plating method, this plate brims with classic goodness.
iSteak offers customisable western platters, with a choice of our preferred protein and 2 complementary sides. The side of macaroni and cheese is not overly strong in its cheese flavour but offers a gooey and thick texture. The Barbecue chicken pictured is juicy and succulent, with a fragrant topping of potent barbecue sauce.
Another modern western affair in a slightly unusual place (aka hawker center) : Foodstruck. I love how the strong garlicky taste complement the richness of creamy salted egg sauce. Portion was so huge that I could only finish 2/3 of it while the seafood was generously served. Wish they had other types of pasta because honestly I hate spaghetti.
