Interesting dish!! Surprisingly it's a bun not a tart!!
Taste: 7.5/10 it's not an egg tart! Filling proteinaceous treat if you want a western version of egg tarts! They are some fish cake or patty things inside creating some texture and flavor surprise! If you're lucky, you get a runny one!!
