I've always been a fan of sweet and sour pork and this has got to be the best I've ever tried! Although it's lacking in quantity, (there's only six to share), it makes up in quality. At first, it seemed a little strange that the pork balls are served this way and I assumed the ice would dilute the sauce but no, nothing of this sort. These sweet and sour pork balls are warm on the inside but cool and crisp on the outside — a very interesting combination! Can't wait to go back for more!! 😋😋😋
