Healthy
Going during lunch time is more value for money because evening, they charge by weight and it's shocking to pay almost $20 but your bowl is not even half full. You get to choose one base, protein, veg, starchy veg and dressing. Their quinoa and couscous are nice; they come in plain or with toppings. Superfoods kale beetroot salad is my must-order! Refreshing option besides the typical leafy salad salads :)
My new favorite vegetarian option! Refreshing soba salad with goma dressing, shimeji mushrooms, edamame and wakame.
The barramundi was fried till crispy in a light batter. I wonder if they gave me a perfectly fried egg by mistake as it's not on the menu photo 😅
A refreshing and light dish as compared to the rice and soba options. The quinoa salad consists of cranberries, corn, herbs and water chestnut which adds crunchy texture. Includes grilled chicken leg and I think squash (texture is crunchier than pumpkin).
Huge slab of salmon accompanied with shimeji mushrooms and teriyaki sauce. Healthy and yummy at the same time :)
The Sea Bass & Shrimp Quinoa at $22 nett is one of my favorite items. Sea bass was well cooked and moist. The accompanying tomato salsa added freshness to the dish. Quinoa was cooked with a medley of red capsicums, button mushrooms, pumpkins and edamame. Overall, a well-balanced dish with light but awesome flavors.
