The gyoza is the best in Singapore that I know of. I often frequent Osaka ohsho and order the gyoza with rice set. The tenshin hen is really fluffy and worth the try. Its texture is unqiue and really yummy. The katsu that comes w the tenshin hen set w katsu is really crispy.
