Pleasantly surprised by how great these XLBs were. It’s comparable with all the good places that do it as the broth is Super flavourful and the skin is silky smooth. Highly recommended!

Step into this no-frills, old school coffeeshop along North Bridge Road and be transported back to the 70s, where it almost seems frozen in time. Look for the elderly uncle in his signature white singlet and pyjama pants who, according to our Burpple Engineers who frequent this place at least thrice a week, makes "the best kopi" around the area. Order their specialty, Kopi Guyou ($1.10), which literally means "coffee butter". Similar to the Western style bulletproof coffee, the Kopi Guyou here is served with a slice of butter for that midday energy boost.
