Had a really unique crumbly soft texture that's distinct from any Cookie I've had. The slight umami was a nice Surprise too. A safe yet interesting dessert to try

Pumpkin, zucchini, padron peppers, burrata

Chef said the burrata was made with a mix of cow milk curd and goat curd so it's more savoury than the usual ones. I personally really liked the creaminess of the burrata and found it went well with the veggies.

I've seen many veggie dishes that are highly raved about on Burpple and i realise more often than not im disappointed. Idk is it's because many people usually dont eat veggies, havent tried certain rarer veggies or cos the standards arent maintained, but I've grown numb to recommended veggie dishes and take them with a pinch of salt

In the same spirit, Im not gonna promise that this dish is good. However, this is definitely one of the best roasted veggie dishes I've had. The sweetness of the produce is preserved and locked in, and you can clearly tasted the "roasted" element without it being overly done. If the standards are maintained, I believe this will be the first veggie dish that recommend as "must-try"

Incredibly fatty, this high quality pork is the closest thing I've tasted to a pork version of Wagyu. Fatty yet not too overly greasy, and so tender, this is yet another must try if you're a carnivore

P. S. Still unsure how they will sell this as of the eatup, whether they will cut it in half for the individual portion or just sell a 2 pax portion

The collective affirmation when chef ask if we wanted this dish says it all. A lot of things going on, with incredible depth and complexity of flavour. Honestly i didnt have high expectations even until the dish was set on the table, but after the first bite i was a believer. One of those things that u cant trust ur gut feel and u have to taste it to believe it. Btw definitely add on their chili as the jammy Onion in chili oil was so delicious. A must-try for sure at this place

Apparently the best Lamb from australia? Gotta say it was packed full of natural flavours and well Grilled to a slight crispy exterior too. Loved it and an absolute must try here for Lamb lovers like myself

Taste just like mango puree, diluted slightly. V foamy texture, not rlly liquid lol. Glad that u cant taste the protein powder at all.

A bit stronger in flavour than the blue crab one, with a light saltiness from the sardines yet not too fishy

Not a Fan of smoked Salmon but this one wasnt fishy. The cagel is absolutely delicious as it had a fantastic texture; springy and slightly chewy. I Gotta say their cagel(ciabatta bagel) is definitely a must try here

Bread was q good and the Dips were all very enjoyable, particularly the eggplant ragu that was very savoury. The other two Dips were pepper hummus and avo pesto(not as strong as i would have liked)

Really impressive that the sardine bones were so soft u could just eat them. Otherwise, not bad but nothing special
