The ingredients are different, it contains carrot, spring onion, lettuce, fried wanton skin, imitation abalone which they replace for raw fish.
I love the sweet and sour taste which is very appetizing. It would be better if they replace the wanton skin to those crackers we add on the yusheng. 9.5/10

The yong tau fu are all handmade which are not only large but filled with generous amount of meat filling and it's not oily at all even though it's fried. -
My family went down few days ago when the old couple is working the soup base is different which is much more flavourful but today which is another man maybe the son, the soup taste like corn soup although it's still good. After finishing the whole bowl i doesn't feel thirsty at all. 9/10

不见天 is simply becoz this portion at the belly of the pig which literally does not see the sky. Which is also the armpit of the pig.
The meat is springy and tender, if you are a fan of fat char siew this is the stall for you. I love the braised sauce which is very flavourful and rich. The sambal chilli is really good too. 9.5/10

The stock is simmered with pork bone, pig skin and prawn head which is well absorbed by the noodles and not forgtting the generous amount of squid. It's very fragrance but slightly salty for me. The sambal chilli enhance the overall taste. 8.5/10
