After conquering the great catch of South Pole, we are still hungry so we venture out to explore more food to throw inside the heavily oceanic sweet Tom Yum broth.
What we baited,
Fish Paste($8) - Fishy bouncy ball.
Ebiko Prawn Paste($10) - Briny flavoursome smooth prawny ball.
Prawn Dumpling(L-$8) - Nothing special. Smooth thin skin with prawn in it.
Chive Pork Dumpling(L-$8) - Take quite some time to cook as the skin was thick thick, meat wise was okay.
Additional stuff,
Free flow Condiments($2.50/pax) - 6 assorted sauce plus Kimchi was great, appetising and not too sourish.

Not forgetting to mention, we also add an additional tower of soft, juicy and chewy steamed Whole Squid($22) in between.

Glad that I did not need to swim thru continents for the freshest wildest catch at all these seafood galore when I can shake my leg and enjoy it @captainksg .🤣
Antarctica Tower Set($108.90)🏔️
Starting from the top, we had a load of addictive juicy briny Venus Clams, followed by a mixture of moist, succulent, flavoursome and firm Tiger Prawns & King Prawns; then, a bed of faintly sweet oceanic Blue Mussel. Next, is big & plumpy half shell Scallops with robust flavour coral, then, large shell Oysters with the springy meat shrunk in size due to the heat induced overtime.
Finally, ending with a soup base of our choice. Wanted to have their signature Captain's Kongee but was not available so we had their Tom Yum Mushroom broth instead. With all the great seafood essence dripping into the broth, the soup was rich in sweetness with a moderate sourness and a undetectable spiciness. Pleasantly appetising indeed and comforting too.🤗

Big Fat moist spongey well-soaked fingers cover in large dose of mascarpone cream.🤗
Lavender Rose Gin($26)(420ml)
Lavender flowers infused into rose gin. Light, floral, can't taste the alcohol, mostly the mascarpone cream took over. Felt a little jelat after a few mouthful.
Mango Yuzu($26)(420ml)😋
Definitely prefer this as its more fruity and more taste. With the more prominent taste coming from the honey yuzu juice first then the mangoes from mango black tea and freeze-dried organic mangoes. Coupled with a layer of subtle sweet Swiss white chocolate. I can eat a Jar of this flavour.🙃

Salty savoury crunchy thin long french bean that is addicting at every bite. Crunch... Crunch... Crunch... Poof... Finished the plate within minutes.🙈
Price although is on the higher side maybe due to the place is air-conditioned but it was worth to check it out.

Juicy tender pan-fried prawn cooked with tamarind giving it a bold, char, tangy sweet tarty flavour which I find it quite appetising. Sides with chopped onions and cucumber. The only downside is the prawn are not that fresh as I'm having a hard time peeling off the shell.

Awesome delightful mild spicy curry with smooth texture. Fish head was fresh, big and a bit meaty. Loads of cabbage, french bean and brinjal were found in it too plus a spam of deep fried tau kee. Can't stop drinking the curry.🤭

From arriving to an empty restaurant to leaving the place with a full bustling crowd.😮
Though we can't compare their food to the real Penang in Malaysia. Penang Heritage certainly serve delicious food for the residents here.

Having quite a PTSD when my friend ordered this after much persuasion to order less as I remembered these chicken are relatively huge in size. It turns out these chicken had shrunk on size. Lmao.🤣
Not sure what flavour to order so we ask the waitress to choose what she like, for us. Onion Tartar and Honey Garlic Dak Gangjeong flavour here we have. The chicken are the same no matter the flavour, have great crispy crunchy skin, meat a bit dry but once dip to the sauce, it certainly taste better. Probably the tar tar taste better IMO.

Normal crispy fries paired with honey and whipped cream. Sweet and salty all at once. Reminds me of ice cream fries.🤭

According to Wikipedia, is a Puff pastry made with alternating layers of Dough and Butter, rolled and folded over to create many flaky layers.
This buttery, sugary, flaky and crunchy baby is a love at first bite. A pastry that is great for all ages no matter young or old, we all will be happily having this.🤗 You will be asking for more of this after your first piece of it.😛
