Oo... Interesting stuff. Mushy, savoury and "meaty". Taste is quite well-balanced.
3. Smoky Cajun Whole Chicken Oven Roasted, Served With Mushroom Sauce
Marvellous whole chicken roast to perfection with smoky cajun stuffing. Chicken was succulent, moist and delicious. The stuffing added an extra oomph and hint of spiciness when eaten together with it. Comes with creamy mushroom sauce.
4. Fisherman's Seafood Stew With Dill & Butter Garlic Cream Sauce
Fresh prawn, fish, squid, corn, carrot, potato and mussels in tastisfying creamy buttery sauce. The sauce is extremly good. You can save it for pasta. Haha.
5. Chilli Crab-Sauce Fusilli With Prawn Balls
Tasty carbs coated with chilli crab sauce. Interesting flavour. Prawn balls were bouncy.
6. Black Forest Charcoal Chocolate Cupcake (7 Pcs)
Pretty normal on the top half layer, but the bottom half was great due to the berries in it.

Savoury umami treat. Well-balanced of flour mixture is used. Crispy thin crust to moderate thickness in the middle. Not jelak at all. The prawn used is great too. I can just bite off everything without spitting out the shell.

Cooked in 3 method:
- Original Steamed(We pick this)
- Scallion
- Spicy
A galore of seafood that consists of half a lobster, 3 crab, oysters, crawfishs, clams, scallops, prawns, mussels, Sweetcorn, cabbage, quail egg and instant noodles.
Personally, we like only these few crustacean in order by its natural sweetness. Clams, Crab, Oyster, Lobster then Prawn, the rest were just oh ok.
As for the broth, initially, it's clear & tasteless, the sweetness from the seafood had not reach to it which result in a plain tasting instant Noodle. After you eat finish the seafood, the soup is much better.(Will have spicy next time if ever visit again, should be more taste)🤣
Clams is the winner for this dish.😋

Never expected much from them but after I had a sip with the broth, it make me think otherwise.
Soup although was light but was bursting with flavour.😋
Noodles were handmade on the spot to your preference on the size for every bowl of La Mian to ensure every strand of it maintain its smoothness & Q-Ness.
It's soooo slurping good lah.
Thinly sliced Beef was natural, soft and tender which had some fats and soft bones that give a pleasant mouthfeel.
