It was hard and slightly burnt underneath. Carrot salad also tasted spoilt. Am disappointed.
It was very fluffy and bouncy. Curry was slightly sweet but had very strong curry flavor to balance sweetness

Really good salmon mentaiko don, mixture of aburi and raw salmon. A little too much mayo in the mentaiko though, and wish there was more wasabi

Good white chicken rice, comes with lots of pickles ($5)

We ordered chai po omelette, braised bork belly, sesame chicken, braised duck, spinach, chap chye and stewed tow kee. All were good and flavourful! Best chap was from the braised pork 😋
