You might think the key difference from the previous Double Down is the waffle. That's certainly nice. But it is the chicken, which is KFC Original, not Hot & Crispy. I was quite quickly sickened. Maple mayo helped though.

Sorry, I'm not partial towards Popeyes chicken. I also hate that mashed potato. But when I have a craving for biscuit, it's where I turn to. Protip: the fries are different too.

As good as I remember the previous landing, although the new roasted sesame mayo is very conspicuous and may be an acquired taste.

Usually my go-to order, although this time somehow it wasn't that great.

A dessert pie. And by that, I don't mean it's just not a savoury pie. It's so sweet it sobers you. Of course, that's expected of white chocolate. Overall, this hit the mark since it tasted like those two things in its name.

Better than expected sia. Surrounded by everything Subway, the vegetarian patty didn't make a negative difference.

Okay tasted like pineapple, but just kinda strange as a cookie flavour.

Not bad! On the lighter side so should please even non-coconut lovers.

It passes if you're looking for laksa taste. It fails if you're looking for boldness. They achieved the taste via laksa paste, so it's not that creditable.

Very bold claim, given it's everywhere and especially since it's a fast-food chain. I would say it's yummy enough, although ironically, Texas Chicken is always good so their benchmark is higher. But the coat was more sweet than anything, and because this was a blind tasting, I couldn't tell it's salted egg.

Voracious foodie who often doesn't snap photos of his food, making him a bad Burppler.
