Fast Food
CNY item. Seafood kakiage patty, egg, chilli crab sauce. What's not to like?
Malaysian fried chicken just tastes different. This was juicy, tender and very seasoned. The restaurant looks like fast food, but in consecutive visits the wait was super long, I would say longer than ordinary restaurants.
You know what comes when CNY is here. Very peppery as usual lol not a big fan.
CNY product. Be warned the filling is very strong. The moment I broke it the smell shot up. It's decent. Not classic strawberry but decent.
Throwback to National Day item. This has breaded shrimps, an egg and salted egg sauce. It sounds great but was quite ordinary.
I'm overdue. Not bad. It really tasted like a bowl of pulut hitam inside a pie. Plus points for similarity. Minus points because it's unlikely a widely loved flavour.
A promo item by KFC that actually works. The two ingredients are rich, perhaps that's why it's satisfying enough.
They're always reliable but there's also often a disgusting taste inside that makes me wanna puke.
Good enough for me to return within the promo period. The "laksa" is only in the sauce, but it's an accurate sauce. Pair that with prawn patty, egg and purple cabbage slaw, and it's a delight. I wish there's more sauce though. Make this burger a permanent item.
Hmm. Mixed feelings. It tries to mimic satay's taste with turmeric and it's not bad lah, but I couldn't recall satay. The peanut sauce was worse. It's very KFC to not be able to hit a very low bar. Shout out to the young Indian male staff who was very professional and voluntarily gave me three pieces as there were no more big pieces. It improved my impression of KFC staff.
How coincidental they have the same seasonal item as rival McDonald's. The pulut hitam was similar, but Burger King mixes the filling with taro. Unconventional but a plus.
Interesting. Their drinks menu is insane variety.
