Anyone here grew up eating 9-Layer Kueh, oneh-oneh, Chendol and Ang Ku Kueh too? It brings back fond memories of my childhood. I used to enjoy peeling off the different coloured layers of the 9-layer kueh. It’s truly satisfying 🤣🤣🤣. Maybe Singaporean food 🇸🇬 will made international one day. I rather have durian puffs than eclairs. .

It was really enlightening to learn more about the art of plant-based cuisine from Chef Sandra Lim ( @theveggiemaiden).Raw vegan food requires hours to make it and not every dish may be appealing to everyone. But I have to say that this version of vegan cuisine is really palatable, even to non-vegans/vegetarian. It is a spot on. .
