Kopi/ Teh

Their standard really improved a lot. Last time I had to specify “gao” to get a strong coffee taste. This time I didn’t but it was still good. Sweetness level just right.

It wasn’t particular strong even thou I asked for gao. But it was good enough that I drank the whole cup.

It was hot yes, but I prefer a stronger Kopi flavor. Sweet too. Not for me.

Hubby complained this was over cooked, but it was just right for me. Nice and warm too.

This was really quite nice. A big dollop of egg mayo inside. But it was only in the centre, so I had to open it to spread the egg mayo out more evenly. Once I did that, the amt didn’t seem a lot. I liked the slice of crisp lettuce.

I ordered the egg mayo sandwich set and didn’t know half Boiled eggs were not included in the set. Two eggs cost $1.80. I didn’t like them cos they were room temperature bordering on cold. I saw the staff dunk the eggs in hot water before serving me. And the shells were warm when I cracked them open. But inside was not warm at all.

They warmed it up for me so it tasted really good. Even better when I giapped it in the egg mayo sandwich.

Good strong coffee taste. Nice and hot. Still a bit too sweet for my liking.

This was the first time I tried otah with egg. Otah taste was kinda overpowering but i could get a bit of the egg in the aftertaste, which was delightful. Bun didn’t seem very fluffy but edible. Kopi was good.

I ordered the Mee Siam set that came with kopi/teh. Had to wait 20 mins cos they were just too busy. It was almost full house when I arrived at 8.30am on a Sunday morning. Air con not very cold, which was great cos almost everyone who were here came after exercising. This Killiney Kopitiam shared a shop space with Cheers convenience store.

The Mee Siam was tangy and delicious. Loved the gravy. I was starving after watching hubby exercise. This was perfect for filling my empty belly.

This Ala carte order was $2. Wasn’t as raw as I expected thou I didn’t request for more cooked. Very fresh too. A simple way to increase protein in my diet.

This Killiney Kopitiam had outside seating as well. In a corner of east coast park facing lush greenery. Near carpark C1.

After early morning exercise at east coast park, this place was great for a local breakfast. Very busy bustling place, so gotta wait 20 mins for my order. This kopi was strong and not sweet. Very very hot too. Not easy to get a table.
