⁣⁣ Chicken and Seafood Paella. Decent but not outstanding.

⁣⁣Sea bass with garlic and chili sauce, served with potatoes. This dish was rather disappointing. Taste is rather bland and everything on the plate were soft and mushy. Not my favourite.

⁣⁣Chorizo and quail egg on toast. The flavours of this dish is on heavier side due to the saltiness of the chorizo. Taste is not bad but one is enough because I feel that it might a bit jelak if you eat too much.

⁣⁣Broccoli with Red Pepper Sauce. Ordered this because Broccoli is the love of my life so it’s a bit biased for me to rate this dish. To me, you can’t go wrong with broccoli. However, I am not a fan of the grainy texture of the red pepper sauce though

Simply termed as Garlic Prawns and true to its name, the olive oil dip screams GARLIC and PRAWNS. Just soak the toasted bread in the sauce and send it in!

⁣⁣Japanese style hot-stone bibimbap! Bed of premium Koshihikari rice, topped with a mixture of pan-fried and barbequed pork and raw egg. Mixed together upon the addition of a secret sauce. This dish has a sweet, smoky flavour, together with the creaminess from the egg and the succulent marinated meat slices. Yummy!

Double-boiled soup of their signature Tonkotsu and bonito, served with thin, firm Hosomen ramen and seared pork cheek slices. The bonito added a savoury and smoky depth to the tonkotsu broth, a unique flavour to the usual umami base!

Simple classic Tonkotsu ramen garnished with black onion sauce which enhances the flavour to another level. What I really love about their ramen is the broth. Rich but not overly salty, making it so addictive and easy to gulp down the whole bowl of soup.

Sō Ramen’s signature dish! This hearty bowl of ramen contains pork cooked in 3 ways, namely Toroniku (braised pork cheek), Cha Shu (braised pork belly in cha shu sauce) and Buta Kakuni (braised pork belly in special sauce), garnished with black onion sauce to enhance its flavour. Definitely for those who love the meats!

6 pretty good sized prawns but the star was definitely the sauce. Even the raw cabbage that was served under the prawns tasted delicious when coated with the sauce. So good

Ordered 2 pieces. They were perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside but the pieces can be a bit bigger for their prices in my opinion. Pretty good as a whole

Looks unassuming but it is actually pretty good. Simple and delicious
