Honey-Tobasco sauce drizzled over buttermilk waffle, served with warm maple butter. A dish made famous in Southern America, that is both savoury and sweet. Perfect for those with exploratory palettes.

Pancakes were soooo fluffy and goes well with the maple butter sauce. But I was hoping there were chocolate sauce instead of "chunks" which tasted dry after a few bites.

Really love the biscuit sandwich which paired well with their tomato jam. Scrambled eggs were nicely prepared and seasoned and the chopped potatoes were my favourite.

With shrimps, mushroom, Japanese basil.
Mentaiko sauce is flavourful yet not over powering.

The omelette — soufflé style — was soooo fluffy. It's almost like cotton candy kinda texture. Spaghetti was also tasty with the tomato chilli sauce.

They only serve one dish on the menu which is the minced meat noodles (soup). Traditionally, minced meat noodles are served in soup and not the well-known dry BCM we know today.

Overall soup is tasty and they had dried flat fish in their dumplings no wonder their dumplings have a unique taste and a burst of flavour.

Savoury and literally painful to eat, both saucy and tangy with a pinch of spiciness. This is not the creamy type yet it is smooth.

2 veg, 1 beggerdil, 1 mutton with rice
It’s like the Malay version of a mixed rice. Tho there’s a queue but the service was fast.

Spicy ten-don

Served with spicy sauce (not really a sauce tho), in donburi (rice in a bowl). I love my rice drenched with sauces, be it curry or teriyaki. But this is a little too less for a sauce drizzling on the tempura but didn’t reach the rice. Overall taste was not bad cos it was served hot.

Creamy scrambled eggs with smoked sturgeon, smoked salmon & caramelized onions. Served with hand rolled sesame bagel which has a nice crunch and fluffy on the inside.

Curry chicken is a tad on the saltier side. Served with rice/bread. While the sauce is thick and creamy, it still doesn’t mask the salty taste even when it goes with rice. Chicken pieces are breast and served with only a chunk of potato. Not a whole potato btw. Wouldn’t go for that the next time I’m here.
