Not bad, but I would only pay for it with Burpple Beyond’s 1-for-1.

they couldn’t adjust the amount of ice in the drink plus they didn’t have plastic bags (not even for sale)

the waffle was kinda fragrant when served. it was crispy on the outside at first but softened over time. i didn’t really like the soft interior though it was a little too soft. ice cream was good and creamy:)

They got the crust right - crispy and slightly sweet. Still can’t get over the butter I had in HK at Kam Wah so this butter was just normal in my heart haha. I think the milk tea can be given a miss esp at the steep price of $3+ (can’t remember). I didn’t like the astringency and there wasn’t the creaminess/milkiness I look out for in milk teas

Much love for the hojicha roll cake and the side red bean+cream. A bit confused why there was cream but the red bean was sweet and yummy! The cake had the right texture but the hojicha taste didn’t come out enough. An enjoyable cake nonetheless 🍰

The hojicha soft serve was super awesome! Tasty and not too sweet! It’s not super milky, kinda like a mix between ice cream and sorbet. Really wanna comment on the great service I received here. The staff are extremely welcoming and makes the place feel cosy. Also a nice ambience to chill with your friends 👫

Had the mango and berries 4-pc pancakes (14.40++ each). I loved that the pancakes were soft and fluffy but they overdid it with the cream haha. Got a little sick of it nearing the end.
