I went to the outlet at One North during lunch hour and it was packed in that tiny place. The signature scallop empress porridge comes in 2 sizes and is very flavourful. Despite the lunch hour crowd, the staffs are very friendly and would patiently explain the menu and set lunch. Did I mentioned the prices are affordable too? Would want to return and try other dishes!
