The food there taste great, probably a 4/5 overall.

I ordered:
- Chicken Thigh skewer (Momo, Tare)
- Black Pork Collar skewer (Kurobuta Tontoro)
- A mini-don, Pork Slices in Ginger Sauce (Buta Shogayaki)
- 3pcs scallop with mentaiko sauce
- A glass of Sapporo beer

The skewers taste okay but they might have been kinda salty for me.

For the mini-don I had, visually it didn't look like a don, more of a bowl of rice and a separate bowl of pork slice as a side. Personally I think it would have been better to have the pork slice placed directly on top of the rice in one bowl so that the pork slice would not be dipped in the sauce the entire time, making the overall dish less salty.

The scallops has a nice smoky taste to it on top of the mentaiko sauce. But the taste of mentaiko was almost close to overpowering the taste of the scallops.

What I noticed is that when the menu was provided, the 2 menu doesn't match, one menu had almost the full menu which includes food items that are not shown on their online menu. While the other menu seem to be missing some pages of the menu. So it would be good if they can try to provide a fully updated menu. In case a customer may patronise the izakaya alone and missed out some food items they might want to try but is not shown to them on the menu.

Bought this bowl of wanton noodles at $5, which is like the medium option. But honestly seeing the portion size, it probably isn't worth $5.

Noodle-wise, they use egg noodles and I absolutely love egg noodles. The sauce doesn't seem visible but at least would be able to taste something.

The wantons are honestly pretty average but it's those good average, not the bad average. If I were to rate the wantons, it would probably be around 3.5/5.

I also added their dumplings for an additional of $2, which is just 2 dumplings. But was so glad I decided to pay and try the dumplings though. The dumpling feeling is a mix of pork and prawn and you can really see, taste and feel the crunch of the prawn. I would probably rate it 4/5.

I will really recommend to just buy the dumpling noodles instead of the wanton noodles, considering they are both priced the same, making the dumpling noodles really worth in. 😋 👍

Tried their lychee blossom and I think it's quite refreshing. And I absolutely love their chocolate mousse cake. Will always get the cake regardless how full I am. The cake is so smooth and chocolaty but also not too sweet, and would definitely go well with coffee and tea.

Great piece of classic tiramisu for all tiramisu lovers out there!! It has a smooth texture and a mild sweetness in it. But maybe it's just me but there is a hint of alcohol inside or something that taste like alcohol.

I'm pretty sure this pasta is only spicy to me. But despite me thinking that it's spicy, I could not stop eating it as the taste was good. The ingredients are also fresh and it does not feel as creamy as it looks.

They have one of the best tasting chicken and guilt free pizzas ever.
The chicken was crispy and tender, and the taste was well matched with the ranch provided.
The long flat pizza was great with the sweet and tangy sauce.
The pasta was nice and creamy but not too creamy. I also like how the standard of their pasta remains the same, instead of having a constant change in taste despite the change in chefs.

This dish is filling despite how it looks and very affordable.

The normal fish and chips. Crispy on the outside, smooth on the inside. Never underestimate the beauty of simplicity.
