Fried enoki mushroom that was so addictive and satisfying!! Hopes that because it’s mushroom and it can lessen my guilt!

Fried chicken thigh with fried taukwa and tempeh too! Additionally, it came with a packet of golden crispy bits, it goes so well with the rice! Despite being fried, the tenderness of the meat was not compromised!

Grilled chicken thigh with fried tau kwa and tempeh. The meat on the chicken thigh was tender and soft. The cucumber and raw cabbage was a good additional touch to cleanse your palate after the intense flavour from the chicken.

Indonesian style beancurd coated with egg and cornstarch mixture before deep-frying. Very crispy but at the same time, it’s quite oily to me. Do share this among the table mates!

Whole tilapia fish was grilled and coated with black sweet sauce. This can easily feed 2 pax because the fish was really big!

Their grilled version is better executed as the meat is softer and tender than their fried ones. The sweet sauce definitely whet my appetite!

Indonesian fried chicken that is smashed before fried to get a softer meat texture. Served with fried tempeh, fried tofu and topped with crispy bits. Meat was not really soft and tender, probably due to the long frying time and moisture is lost over time.

Spicy fried chicken with rice and comes with a side of curry chicken. It’s a weird combination of having fried chicken on top of the curry chicken. The fried chicken was not spicy but it has more of the black pepper taste.

Was given an option between thick bee hoon and kway tiao. Thick laksa gravy was mixed together with the bee hoon and topped with the usual laksa ingredient, prawns and fish cake. However, it gets abit too spicy towards the end though.

Atas version of BCM with seafood soup at the side. Seafood soup was clear and refreshingly sweet and surprisingly we found 3 mini abalone instead of the expected 1. The main dish BCM was tossed with tomato sauce as i opt for the non-spicy version. However, some of the ingredients such as minced meat and pork liver was found in the soup instead of the BCM. As these are the esscense of of BCM, hence it would have been more appropriate to have it together with my noodle.

Look at that huge pool of chili! It wasn’t that spicy if you don’t add in those chili on the spoon. I would say the quality check at the Suntec outlet was not consistent. Smooth laksa gravy but lacking the coconut fragance. One of taupok was so bare and β€œempty” that you can literally stuff noodles in.

One of their signature dish as recommended on the menu with a β€œthumbs up” πŸ‘πŸΌ sign. Nice savoury kway tiao that is smooth to bite but still lacking the β€œwok hey”. Probably the number of prawns given and restaurant setting justify the price for this plate.
