Made with corn masa (not the same as corn flour but something like it), pulled chicken, refried beans, cheese and pickled onions. This was delightful! Something new that I'd never tried.
Described as traditional Central & Southern Mexican street food, this tasted as great as it looks. For $12, this was super filling for finger food.
Got a jug of margarita for $50 which went so well with all the food.
I'd love to get back here!
Comes with criss cross fries which were AWESOME!!! Suuuper crispy! And it's served with this AMAZING sauce which was probably made with sour cream, lots of garlic and kick of chilli. It was wonderfully garlicky! I loved it so much I wanted to buy just this sauce to take home! The burrito was decent! I prefer the chicken from this burrito than the one from Guzman (which was horrible for me) but I wished there were more beans like they have at Guzman. Other than that, this is a must-try! You will not regret the fries.
It says in the menu that it's supposed to be spicy, but it really wasn't. Nevertheless, it was value for money! Not bad at $13.90.
It's described as diced fried potatoes in a mild hot sauce but we misread it as deep fried so we were kinda disappointed. Also, I personally felt it tasted a lot like an Indian vegetarian dish, especially those that are served in airplanes LOL
My friends have had much much better patatas bravas at some other Spanish restaurant so they were extremely disappointed. If you want a side, try the criss cross fries instead!
The beef was surprisingly good and tender! It comes with pico de gallo and salsa verde. The pico de gallo tasted nicely mild and went well with the quesadillas. Worth a try at this price! Usually Mexican food is more expensive.
$11.90
