For some reason, the meat tasted fishy and lacked flavouring. I had to add copious amounts of salt before the steak was edible. Potatoes were also not seasoned very well. Hands down one of the best pastas I’ve had. Saffron sauce was creamy and delicious. Handmade pasta was soft and silky as it was made fresh.
