Meh

Despite the many good reviews praising this dish on burpple, unfortunately this dish was disappointingly below average. The pasta was plain and simply doused in olive oil. There was a lot of crab meat but there wasn’t a nice blend to the pasta. Overall, I wouldn’t have recommended this in the first place. I would choose the cream pastas if you had to eat here. Otherwise, the food is not really worth the price I’m afraid.

Bought this using the student promotion, unfortunately this drink was disappointing despite the promising menu. The pearls were not easy to chew and the milk tea was unremarkable. Their other items seem to be more well-liked so perhaps try those instead.

This is one of the signature dishes promoted at this store that boasts and long queue at lunch time. It seemed promising at first but it turned out to be pretty average in flavour. Not to mention, the portion size was pretty small and was not that filling. This would have been a pretty decent meal had the price been lower.

Got this for a recent promotion where they would give you one free ice cream if you bought 2 drinks. While it looks nice and pretty asthetic in the photos, unfortunately it’s a pretty standard soft serve in a cone. In terms of flavour, the dark chocolate taste is a bit too subtle. As a freebie, this is a great gift but I wouldn’t be too sure if it’s worth the price. Probably would stick to the drinks!

The meal was really salty. It looked really good at first but it was quite disappointing.

Despite being a bar that specialises in yakitori, unfortunately their skewered dishes were not that impressive. The meats a bit too tough and the taste was bland. The mushrooms were ok, the tomatoes were not. Hard pass on this dish, would rather order something else.

This quaint cafe is known for their one ingredient - eggs! Unfortunately, their oyakodon is average at best. The taste is a bit bland and and the chicken is a tad overcooked. It was a decent dish overall but it lacked the wow factor.

Pizzas were not very cheap (around $24 before using burpple beyond). The flavours shown on the menu looked very promising however the taste was average at best. The takoyaki pizza was decent which a relatively crisp crust. The salted egg pizza however was disappointing. Largely covered in cheese, the salted egg flavour was not really present for most of the pizza. This is not a place I would recommend unless there is a bug change to how they make their pizzas.
