Soft, melt-in-your mouth pork collar. My only wish is to get more pieces of meat. 50% of second order on Saturday.

Generous amount of pork katsu. The soba soup tastes clean and healthy.

Was expecting more since the chef is Roast Paradise’s chef. However, a bit disappointing as i set my expectation too high, The crispiness of the pork was soaked with the noodle soup. Lotus chips was good.

Comes with complementary oysters, scallops, and half pint of beer/ house pour wine with burpple beyond. Decently priced at 70 SGD for 2.

Famous Gudeg from Netflix Series. Flavour wise It’s similar with gudeg Yu Djum. Be prepared to get additional chicken feet when you order for thigh.

Pasta with duck confit and sous vide egg. Flavour wise it is towards the spicy side: you’ll find quite a number of chopped red chillies and black pepper balls hidden in your pasta. For the duck, I found that the skin is lacking of crispiness as it’s soaked with the egg. Overall it’s a decent dish

Was using 1-for-1 deals, quite worth it given there is no GST. The beef brisket is savoury and super smoky, it reminds me of beef stew. Interesting combination of asian and western style with fried crumbs and rocket leaves as the sides!
