House Smoked Chicken (half) ($26)
The taste for roasted chicken was got that unique and interesting tbh and really strong "char" aftertaste even though it was oily texture. oh yea my photo blur it off and went out of focus going towards the end of the meal :")
BBQ Honey Pork Belly & Pan-Fried Egg ($12.80)
I really like BBQ Honey Pork Belly a lot as they use Homemade Dried Mandarin Peels (陳皮) for marinate. Usually people use Homemade Dried Mandarin Peels for reducing meat's smell and also enhancing the flavour for meat also.
Three Treasures Homemade Sauce Bamboo Noodle Platter ($17.80) (2nd)
- Beef Short Ribs and Lava Egg with Nine Spice Sauce (Left)
- Minced Pork and Cantonese BBQ Sausage with Penang Belacan Chili (Centre)
- Bamboo Noodle with Pork Charsiu & Lava Egg with Silver Fish XO Sauce (Right)
high recommendation for people who want to try different flavour for sauce. I only tried only Bamboo Noodle with Pork Charsiu & Lava Egg with silver fish xo sauce. We didn't toss noodle evenly because I cannot handle with sauce well. The noodle texture was really light and smooth tbh and their pork charsiu was really not that hard and contained a lot of fats inside.
Eight Treasures Tofu Pudding ($24)
consisted of 8 different ingredients (white sesame, pork floss, sauce?, dried shrimp, spring onion, chai poh, minced meat and long bean, vinegar?) tofu mainly was very plain and zero taste itself so that eight ingredients need to be complemented well with tofu.
U-Mian ($4.50)
My mum think that the noodles was quite well cooked but not that hard and also ingredients was quite much for their serving 👍
Instant Noodle ($4.30)
I also like the noodles was quite well cooked and also chewy that not hard ☺. The ingredients that they provide too much for their serving.
Chilled Mango Cream with Sago and Freshly Peeled Pomelo with Red Bean Pancake (4.5/5)
- it's not diluted and thick but it's quite milky aftertaste for dessert and filled a lot of sago and pomelo. red bean pancake topped with sesame seeds were quite crispy and don't like not soggy tbh.
Braised Ee Noodles with Crab Meat and Egg White (3.5/5)
- thick gravy for noodles sauce but i thought it usually pan fried style for noodles. contained a lot of crab meat and egg white for noodles.
Roasted Duck Marinated with Mandarin Skin (4/5)
- it's so tender and marinated flavour for duck and duck's skin was quite crispy.
Braised 6 Head Whole Abalone with Fish Maw and Vegetable (4.5/5)
- it's quite thick sauce for abalone but a bit hard to slice and chew but fish maw really that soft and absorb well with the sauce.
Steamed Fish with Minced Garlic (4.5/5)
- tasted a bit salty flavour but it's quite savoury for me (but I literally wiped off the fish head's meat and felt like bloated)
Sauteed Scallops with Crispy Dragon Beard Seafood Roll (4.5/5)
- scallops just well cooked (not that soft and hard) and i really like seafood roll a lot (fried vermicelli) (remind me of swee choon)
Braised Pumpkin Broth with Crab Meat and Bird's Nest (4.5/5)
- it's not diluted and thick so it's quite smooth for pumkpin soup (i like those kind of soup) and also filled a lot of crab meat and bird nest inside the soup.
