Traditional Teochew Kuehs - Soon Kueh and Png Kueh for breakfast (S$1 each).

Love this, especially their Soon Kueh; translucent skin is chewy and soft.

Png (rice) Kueh looks small but pretty filling, filled with glutinous rice, dried shrimps, mushroom, peanuts. Love eating it with black sweet sauce and chilli sauce.

Ordered the dry version. Prawns were fresh and pork ribs were tender. The soup served in a separate bowl was sweet and flavorful with a spicy kick. Overall a decent bowl of prawn noodles.

😋❤️ Yummy Rojak in Bedok (S$4.50). Generous portion! Lots of crispy you tiao, century egg, dried squid, tau pok stuffed with bean sprouts and cucumber. Served with sweet sauce, chilli and peanuts. Would surely eat this again! 👍

This stall sells Yong Tau Foo as well, I tried it before and it's also delicious.

🥰 Local hawker delights! Mee Siam, Laksa & Lor Mee from @huphup.co

🌟 Mee Siam
Stir fried vermicelli noodles with tau pok, bean sprouts and egg. There's coconut milk added so its thicker than the usual mee siam gravy. It would be great with more lime juice, but that is my personal preference. This is my favourite amongst these 3 dishes 👍.

🌟Laksa
Thick and rich coconut curry gravy topped with tau pok, slices of fish cake, egg and cockles. Yummy comfort food~

🌟Lor Mee
Flavourful gravy without being too starchy. It had tons of garlic and vinegar but it wasn't too overwhelming. Well cooked noodles with slices of ngoh hiang, egg and bean sprouts. Eat it with the chilli for extra shiokness!

Prices are affordable at only S$3/$3.50 per bowl.

😋❤️ Silky smooth hand milled HK style Chee Cheong Fun.

Ordered both the original and prawn CCF (S$2.80 / $4.50) waiting time was around 40min. They give you a beeper so it's convenient, no need to wait around.

Texture was smooth and silky, and goes will with the good quality soy sauce. The chilli was good as well! 🔥👍

It's a popular stall and sell out fast. Went there on Saturday around 9.40am and their congee was already sold out. Will visit again to try the congee.

Enjoy both white and black carrot cake at the same time! The carrot cake was soft but not mushy. White version was served in eggy chunky blocks and piled on top of the other, whereas the black version was more scrambled style.

Overall I preferred the black carrot cake as it was more moist, had a nice amount of sweetness, and was nicely charred.

🥰 Old school Chee Cheong Fun in Chinatown. This is one of the popular stall here. Ordered the S$3 portion.

Sells out pretty fast so you got be here early in the morning before 10am. It's simple traditional CCF but what makes it so yummy to me is the sweet sauce & chilli sauce they use. CCF is smooth and soft.

❤️ Old school glutinous rice with stewed peanuts and fried shallots (S$2). Generous portion at this price 😋.

They sell 2 variation, sweet or salty. It doesn't say on the menu board, but you can order it mix half sweet half salty. I prefer the salty version.

The soft peanuts and crispiness from the fried shallots compliments the sticky rice really well. I have eaten this many times. Best to go there early in the morning before it's sold out. Recommend 👍.
