I was expecting capellini but it tasted more like spaghetti. The pasta tasted sour, probably due to vinegar. It was abit dry too. The truffle was generous. The ebiko roe gave it a good texture. I would recommend to try the duck confit rather than this.
The skin was crispy. The meat was tender and comes off the bone easily. The mashed potato is smooth as well. Although the price is affordable, the portion is slightly small.
The buns were soft. The cheese and patty tasted very similar to the real deal. The fries seems to be made from real potatoes as the skin can still be seen. It is abit pricey but the food is good.
They used angel hair pasta. The pasta is quite spicy as it is drizzled with chilli oil. The prawns are very big but slightly overcooked. Quit tough to bite. Still a goos plate of pasta.
The soup is very nice. It is very creamy. The croutons are crunchy. There are are also mushroom bits in it.
I ordered with pulled pork without pico de gallo so it is uncolorful. I was able to take the mild spiciness. Other ingredients include black beans, rice, cheese and chips. The rice wasnt a big portion. I think the flavors complement each other well. I love the chips the best.
Salmon add-on for $4. It comes with a few oyster mushrom and shimeji mushroom. The default pasta is mushroom pappardelle. The pasta is quite soft so not for those who like al dente pasta. The salmon abit salty and there's bones so have to be careful when eating. Thankfully the cream sauce isnt jelat.
Served in tomato cream sauce with smoked duck, baby spinach and feta cheese. I opted for the fusili pasta. Portion was ok. Pasta was well-cooked, more on softer side. The sauce wasnt too jelat. Prices are quite affordable.
The burgers were so good. The bun was soft and crispy. The fried chicken cutlet was also hot and juicy. You can choose between black pepper or bbq sauce. It was a legit burger size and not some mini bite size burger
They have a 1 for 1 lunch promo so quite worth it. I think they used capellini pasta. The scallop bits was where the umami came from. The prawns were ok. It is not oily but i find it abit dry.
I ordered the non spicy version so no crab in it. They served it with tomato sauce and onion. Pasta was well-cooked. I think it was crayfish and not lobster. But crayfish was quite fresh as I can take it out easily. Overall, it was an ok dish.
This for those cheese lovers out there. Really cheesy. I thought the pasta would be dry but it was not. Quite a few pieces of salmon too.
