@jiaherestaurant has ala carte dim sum buffet for lunch and tea on weekdays and weekends. They include a spread of dim sum items, Peking Duck (for an additional $15), a meat/vegetable dish per table, a soup per person and a noodle/rice dish per table. There's currently a promotion of 1 adult dining free with 3 paying adults and we had a very fulfilling meal during our visit 😌 Swipe to see some of the things we ordered! 🤗
These are more like fishballs but they were bouncy in texture plus crispy outside too.
These were fragrant, with the flavours of the butter complemented by the sweetness of the lobster
The chicken skin was crispy and went well with the green sambal chilli provided.
The egg tofu topped with spinach was fragrant and soft. The mushrooms added a nice touch to it too.
Had a bento set with butter chicken which was creamy and was in a generous portion. A set comes with a side dish and a soup too. I had the cucumbers and they were very refreshing.
These were extremely juicy and went very well with the truffle sauce.
This soup was rich, served with white fungus and fish maw. This was yummy and tasty too.
The pork is extremely crispy and you can hear the crunch when you bite into it too.
The skin was crisp and the meat was tender and juicy. This was delicious and we enjoyed this a lot.
The fish was extremely crispy too, served with a sweet and sour sauce which didn't affect how crispy the fish was. We could still hear a crunch when we bit into the fish too!
I love how the xiaolongbao had a crispy bottom which complemented the flavours of the original xiaolongbao (in fact I like this more than a normal xiaolongbao 😍).
