Teas 🍵

@cocoboss.sg has launched Singapore's first coconut iced teas with tea infused with coconut water recently! They come in 6 flavours and you can choose from 5 toppings to add to your teas too. We had the Elderberry Tea with Coconut Jelly which introduced the berry flavour with the coconut flavour as an aftertaste. The coconut jelly adds sweetness to the drink too. The Peach Tea with Aiyu Jelly had a strong peach flavour which accompanies the distinct flavour of the coconut water. We liked both and they're both refreshing and light options to have compared to the usual coconut shakes 😌

Visited @matchaya.sg's new outlet at @sunteccity after not having been at one of their outlets in a while. Tried the Lavender Yuzu Hojicha and it was packed with many flavours, which required some getting used to at first but I ended up enjoying it

@silk.teabar is such a nice quiet place to go to for good tea. I went twice and tried their Shuixian no. 1 oolong, their chrysanthemum tea and their honey no. 1. Each serving of tea gets you 3 steeps and 4 steeps for their signatures. I really got the tasting notes as described in the menu plus the teas were very fragrant with the honey being refreshing too. Shall go back to try the other teas soon! 🤗

So glad @coolcupsg has a bubble tea family pack for hot days like today!! The pack includes 2litres of milk tea, pearls and even cups and straws too! All we needed to do was to add ice and enjoy 😌 The milk tea was thick and rather sweet (but no issue after the ice melt) and the pearls were chewy too! @Teaapothecary.sg serves a wide variety of bubble teas and drinks with various toppings to go with them which are great for hot days like today (and most days). They have some unique flavours too! We had the following drinks all with 25% sugar.

My favourite was the Oolong Milk Tea with pearls. The tea wasn't too sweet and the pearls were slightly chewy too. The Lychee Milk Tea came with lychee jelly and had an interesting flavour that took some getting used to at first but it grew on me after a while. The Pineapple Red Tea was also quite unique though I couldn't really taste much pineapple but it was still pretty good. Cucumber Lemonade was refreshing just that it was too sweet for my liking so I would get it at 0% if I were to have it again.

They have a wide variety of drinks that you can choose for your pasta sets as well and their teas come with cute infusers. I like how you can choose the blend for your own teas by picking out the ingredients in the list. This is a nice place to eat at and it's even more value for money with burpple beyond. It's pet friendly too so you can bring your pets along! 🤗

I love kombucha and was initially attracted to @combucha.sg because their bottles are cute (logo designed by @troopsonprint) and they have flavours that I like 😆 I ordered their seasonal flavours, Peary Smokin Good and Lychee Rose, along with Berry Belly Good and Lavender Mint. I enjoyed all of them a lot, especially Lychee Rose and Lavender Mint because I generally like those flavours more. I also liked how they weren't too gassy and very refreshing especially on a hot day! Do check out their account for more information!

We liked the hojicha lattes for the smooth texture and its slight sweetness. It comes with extra sugar if you would prefer a sweeter drink.

Back even though I have finished my one for one #burpplebeyond redemptions and I tried the Lavender Blueberry this time. It smelt really good and is definitely for those who love lavender as there was a strong lavender floral flavour coupled with a slightly tart blueberry flavour. It was a very relaxing cup of tea indeed 😌

Tried the new drink called Lemon Tart and it really tastes like lemon tart! It was quite refreshing but a bit too sweet for my liking and the sweetness cannot be adjusted for this drink.

Got the Thai tea and we can choose if we want it less sweet, so that's a bit different from how it's like in Thailand. There was also a soy milk flavour in this so it didn't really taste like what I got in thailand.

Just used my last #burpplebeyond voucher here because I love this place so much! This is the chamomile green apple and it's very unique and refreshing 😋
