Why Create Beef When You Can Eat Them?

The deluxe beef noodle set ($9.50) is definitely worth the money! For less than $10, you get generous servings of beef chunks that is not overcooked, but so tender it somehow just splits in your mouth. Also, you get generous servings of the tendons(which I love) because of the collagen. The broth is rich and full of flavour. Not forgetting the highlight, the sliced beef, that is cooked just right(saving us from chewing on rubber like meat). The meatballs also have a good texture with a rich beefy taste. I am a regular here and I have to say that Kaffe and Toast have maintained their standards even though I visited on different time periods. Hands down to their service staff too, who are always so welcoming. Still my favorite cafe to grab a bowl of comfort food after a long day at work. 👍
