Here you don’t have the option of really choosing sugar levels, rather 2 options of choosing 50% or 100% honey levels. I went with the 50% honey level together with normal ice and it was just right. Decent drink, nothing surprising, only wished that the flavour of the tea could have been stronger and more apparent in this drink, especially with the staff brewing and steeping the tea right in front of you. So for $4.20, this cup of honey green tea is rather steep. Further, though decent, we waited about 20 minutes for this, which made it really not worth it.

At 0% sugar level, this chrysanthemum milk tea already comes with pearls, so the sweetness is just right. Genuinely impressed with the relatively strong chrysanthemum flavour in this milk tea. I thought it would be diluted and stingy in taste, but this cup of milk tea checks all the boxes of what makes a decent cup of chrysanthemum milk tea with pearls. I honestly think it can compete with playmade’s chrysanthemum milk tea, however, the absence of sesame pearls definitely gives playmade the winning point. But for $3.90, I would definitely see this as an affordable bubble tea option that is worth one’s buck.

A limited edition drink, coffee milk tea by KOI which comes with 2 toppings of ice cream and coffee jelly. Sadly, you can’t change these toppings, but you do have an option of choosing the kind of milk tea you want - normal, green or oolong milk tea to pair with your coffee. I went with green milk tea, at 0% sugar level.
Whilst I honestly enjoyed it primarily because of how the ice cream gave both a simultaneously icy and creamy texture after it melted into the drink, the coffee essence and flavour seemed very much to have come from the coffee jelly rather than actually coffee in the drink. An overall interesting try, but if you’re expecting something as strong as yuan yang you’ll be better off buying at your Coffeeshop. And if you’re looking for a bubble tea experience, this drink doesn’t allow you to add pearls in it as well. But it is definitely a delight to have ice cream in my milk tea.

This iced latte wasn’t bad - the quality is something you’re likely to get in Starbucks. So for $12.90 it is definitely pricey, but expectations must be managed when coming to a concept cafe like this. I understand if a beautifully decorated whipped cream was done to a frappe, but on this cup of iced latte, it seemed pretty out of place and inappropriate. While this was definitely an attempt to sass up the drink, I don’t know if I appreciated it, especially when the cream gave off a blueberry flavour. Still cute tho🤣
They sell the ~limited edition~ hot and cold glass pictured at $14.90 in the shop!
Some of the service staff were pleasant, but some were completely... off.

Think the ice cream cart parked along the streets of Orchard, the chocolate mint slab being blended into a frappe. This was exactly how it tasted, and in fact, even how it looks. While admittedly one has to come here with lowered expectations - come only for the decorations and cute food gimmick (and not actual food quality), this cup of frappe does it’s job. Ultimately, one can observe how there was added effort in beautifying the frappe, with whip cream and other non-descript embellishments. But plus points for the mochi, which was probably an ode to the tapioca balls in Sumikko Gurashi.

Loved this drink. Light, refreshing and natural sweetness from the longan and other complementary bits like white fungus.

Thought it sounded interesting to have a concoction of lavender and lemonade together, but it really just tasted weird. The lemonade was extremely sour, and the lavender tasted like perfume🤣 While I did not know what to expect, the overbearing taste of the lavender made it rather unpleasant for me. Would probably rather go for a normal lemonade, or just a soft drink in this case.

Relatively fragrant, thick and milky for the price. Might get a bit sweet at first, but stir it and let the ice melt and I think it will be of perfect texture.

With burpple beyond’s 1-for-1, you can get a taisho white/black with a choice of main dish. Went for the taisho white, which was Oriole’s specialty cold brew coffee with milk. It was creamy and strong, yet light at the same time. A pretty pleasant coffee experience, but for $8 it is relatively pricey.

Adequately strong but not too sweet. Rather impressed!

An ice blended mocktail with rose syrup, cranberry and citrus. On first sip it was really sour, but once the ice melted it tasted better. Appetising and refreshing, a good pair to the meal. Would like to try the other concoctions.

Loved how light this drink is! 0% sugar but the honey pearl really complemented the oolong flavour with a bit of sweetness. Would get this again😀
